At Ronronland, we want to make sure you absolutely love your custom pet keepsake before it’s made into a physical product! That’s why we offer a 100% risk-free Preview & Approve service for every custom order.
How Preview & Approve Works
1. Place Your Order: Choose your product, upload your favorite pet photo, and complete checkout.
2. Receive Your 3D Proof (Within 2–4 Business Days): Our AI technology and 3D design team will create a digital 3D model proof based on your photo and send it directly to your email.
3. Review & Approve: Check the details, expression, and overall design of your pet’s 3D model.
o Love it? Simply reply to approve, and we’ll move straight to high-precision 3D printing and crafting!
o Need adjustments? Reply with your feedback. We offer unlimited design revisions until you are 100% happy with the digital proof.
4. Crafting & Shipping: Once approved, we will print, hand-finish, package, and ship your unique piece with full tracking.
Important Notes on Turnaround Time
· Response Window: To ensure fast delivery, please respond to your preview email within 48 hours.
· Auto-Approval Policy: If we do not receive a response or revision request within 3 business days of sending the preview, our team will proceed with crafting to ensure your order is not delayed.
· Photo Change Request: Revisions include modifying the 3D details of the current photo. If you wish to switch to an entirely new photo after the first draft is completed, an additional photo design fee may apply.
