Introduction
To ensure our AI technology and 3D artists capture every unique detail, coat texture, and expression of your furry friend, choosing the right photo is key! Follow these simple tips to get the best 3D figurine result.
1. Best Photo Checklist
For the most accurate 3D model, your photo should ideally have:
· Eye-Level Shot: Taken straight-on at your pet’s eye level, not looking down from above.
· Good Lighting: Natural daylight or bright indoor lighting with no harsh shadows or dark dim light.
· Clear & Sharp Focus: High resolution with clear details around the eyes, nose, and fur texture.
· True Colors: Unfiltered, original photos showing your pet's true fur and eye colors.
· Full View: Clear view of your pet’s face and body posture without crucial features blocked.
2. What to Avoid (Common Photo Issues)
To prevent delays in your order, please try to avoid uploading:
· Blurry or Pixelated Photos: Out-of-focus or low-resolution screenshots where details are fuzzy.
· Extreme Angles: Photos taken from extreme overhead angles or awkward close-ups.
· Covered Features: Photos where your pet's face or body is partially covered by blankets, toys, collars, or hands.
· Over-Filtered / Dark Photos: Photos with heavy artistic filters, altered colors, or severe low-light shadows.
3. Multiple Pets or Special Postures?
· For Multi-Pet Products (e.g., Pet Stack Pendant): You can upload separate single photos for each pet! Our 3D design team will combine and stack them into a single 3D design.
· Custom Posture Request: If you want a specific pose (sitting, standing, lying down), please upload a full-body photo showing that exact pose.
